This is a quick overview of the features of the Their Stories Blog / Podcast. Here’s a Table of Contents:
Cookies, Privacy, and Terms and Conditions
- Cookies, Privacy, and Terms & Conditions – The first time and every thirty days thereafter, the website asks you to consent to the policies for Cookies, Privacy, and Terms & Conditions.

2. Share Their Stories with Social Networks – You can use the Share Social Widget on the left hand side of your screen to share the page or post of the Their Stories blog /. podcast with your social network friends.

Note the widget includes the ability to send a link of the page/post via Gmail as well as print a copy. You can also send to other Social Networks by clicking the “More” icon (the “…” icon) at the bottom of the widget.
Mobile Devices and Share Widget
3. Mobile devices and Share Social widget – Using a mobile device presents a different Social Share Widget. It shows as a grayed “share” widget at the bottom of the screen.

The “Share This” widget behaves differently with mobile devices, since it has less real estate to work.

As you can see, the “Share This” widget stays toward the bottom of the screen, unless you tap it. Then it expands to cover the page/post you are viewing. You can then select the same Social Networks, Gmail, Printer or other social networks. If you click on the dismiss (the “x” icon) at the right side of the “Share This” widget, you can dismiss the “Share This” widget to a small triangle to the bottom left of the mobile screen.

Manage Consent
4. By hovering over the widget to the bottom left corner of the browser window, you reveal the “Manage Consent” widget. Click on that to reveal the “Cookeis & Privacy” policies. This widget does NOT display on a mobile browser window.

Google’s reCAPTCHA
5. To the bottom right corner of the browser window is Google’s reCAPTCHA widget. It helps protect this website from SPAMMERS, who dump tons of garbage into post comments.

You can examine Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the reCAPTCHA widget by hovering over the reCAPTCHA widget.

This does not work on a mobile browser. However, clicking on the bottom left of that icon brings up their Privacy Policy. Clicking on the bottom right brings up the Terms of Service. Note the “Privacy” and “Terms” on the mobile version of the widget.

Send Voicemail
6. This blog/podcast allows you to send voicmail messages. Simply click on the Send Voicemail widget to the middle right of the browser window.

Clicking on the “Send Voicemail” widget results in a pop up window in the middle of the browser window.

The “Send Voicemail” is almost identical on a mobile browser display.
Google Translate
Toward the bottom left of the Their Stories Blog / Podcast are two helpful sections. First is the information about the blog/podcast including
“About” information for the blog
- an “About” page for the blog / podcast
- a “contact” page for the blog / podcast
- a “Terms of Service” page for the blog / podast
- a “Cookies” policy page for the blog / podcast
- a “Privacy” policy page for the blog / podcast.
Under this is the Google Translate widget.

By electing the Google Translate widget you are presented with a list of languages into which Their Stories should be translated.

Since this is an AI based translation, it can only be considered a “rough” translation. However, I hope this translation will be adequate enough to help others regardless of their language.
Once the website is translated into another language, Google Translate expands its widget to a widget at the top of the browser page.

The mobile version of this is very similar:
